- Architected a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps hospitals prepare for STARKES accreditation, with isolated workspaces per hospital, role-based access control (users, roles, permissions), billing and activity audit logs.
- Built a digital evidence shelf that links every uploaded document to one of 227 assessment elements (EPs) across 16 STARKES chapters, with per-chapter progress tracking.
- Developed an executive readiness dashboard that combines EP completion, document coverage, open gaps and active risks into one view, with per-chapter status charts and print/PDF export.
- Engineered an AI assistant grounded in the STARKES 2024 knowledge base that answers questions about standards and required evidence, and cites the EP number in every answer to stay traceable and limit hallucination.
- Built an AI mock-survey engine that runs tracer scenarios the way a STARKES surveyor would, asks REDOWSKO probe questions, scores answers on the TDD/TDE/TDT rubric (0–3) and gives coaching recommendations.
- Implemented a document generator with ready-made templates that follow the official STARKES document format (director regulations, director decrees, SOPs), auto-filled from the hospital profile, with live preview, HTML/PDF export and daily usage quotas.
- Delivered a mandatory-training module that recommends learning paths from each user’s recorded accreditation gaps, verifies understanding with quizzes and tracks team progress.
